Solid Fuel Fired TFH Inquiry

A Solid Fuel Fired Thermic Fluid Heater is a highly efficient and reliable industrial heating system designed to provide indirect heat transfer to various process applications. Instead of direct flame heating, it circulates a specially formulated heat transfer fluid (thermic oil) at high temperatures, ensuring uniform heating without the risks of high-pressure steam systems. These heaters are ideal for industries that require consistent, controlled, and safe heating with solid fuels such as coal, lignite, firewood, briquettes, or agro-waste.

Engineered with advanced technology, the heater is designed with a multi-pass vertical or horizontal coil structure to ensure maximum heat transfer and higher efficiency. The combustion chamber with optimized grate design allows complete fuel burning, reducing emissions and operational costs. The system ensures thermal efficiency up to 82–86%, depending on fuel type and operating conditions.

The circulating thermic fluid is heated up to 300–350°C (depending on fluid type) and pumped to various process equipment like dryers, heat exchangers, reactors, or ovens. It ensures smokeless operation with proper air pollution control devices (APCDs) like cyclone separators or wet scrubbers when required.
